What stood out most was how hard they went to bat for my sons. This was never treated like just another loan application. They genuinely cared about getting the boys into their first home, and whenever hurdles popped up, they kept pushing.
There was real grit and determination behind the scenes to get this loan across the line. Rory and Harper kept working through the issues, chasing what needed to be chased, and finding a way forward when it would have been easy to say it was all getting too hard.
For two young tradies trying to buy their first place, that level of advocacy made a massive difference. They needed people in their corner who knew the system, were ready to fight for the outcome, and wouldn't give up at the first roadblock. That is exactly what Rory and Harper delivered.
As a parent watching it unfold, I was so impressed by their persistence and communication. You could tell they genuinely wanted this outcome for the boys.

Rory, Harper and the whole team are fantastic. We used Own Money to get a mortgage on our first home and Rory answered so many of our silly questions and went back and forth with us multiple times when we changed our budget.
